Sign a retainer agreement

If you are eligible and admissible in Canada, you will need to sign a retainer agreement to proceed with the services of an immigration application.

During this process you will also have a clear breakdown on costs and payment schedules. We only retain clients that we believe have a good chance of approval, although we can never guarantee approvals as immigration decisions are always up to the immigration officers' discretion.

Pay fees

We require payment for government fees and any professional fees that are due upon signing the retainer agreement.

Providing documentation

We will provide you with a checklist of documents required for preparing your application. We gather the documents, review and perform a completeness check.

Documents need to be on one of the accepted languages (English or French) and they may need translation if they are not provided on this format.
