Our Process
Initial Consultation
If you are unsure whether you meet the criteria for an application to visit, work or immigrate to Canada, the first step is to book a consultation with our qualified Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) Any application under an immigration stream can be a complex process requiring thorough knowledge of Canadian immigration laws, policies and procedures. Our consultant, Ms. Carla Rodriguez is a member in good standing of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) and a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC).
PURPOSE OF A CONSULTATION
Promise
We promise to provide you with an honest opinion on your case. We only retain clients that we believe have a good chance of approval, although we can never guarantee approvals as immigration decisions are always up to the immigration officers' discretion.Sign a retainer agreement
If you are eligible and admissible in Canada, you will need to sign a retainer agreement to proceed with the services of an immigration application.
During this process you will also have a clear breakdown on costs and payment schedules. We only retain clients that we believe have a good chance of approval, although we can never guarantee approvals as immigration decisions are always up to the immigration officers' discretion.
Pay fees
We require payment for government fees and any professional fees that are due upon signing the retainer agreement.
Providing documentation
We will provide you with a checklist of documents required for preparing your application. We gather the documents, review and perform a completeness check.
Documents need to be on one of the accepted languages (English or French) and they may need translation if they are not provided on this format.
Application submission
Once our regulated immigration consultant reviews all the documentation and completes your application, your application will be submitted to the corresponding processing centre.
